I am so thankful to have found Julie! From the first session, I knew she was the trainer for me. She was sweet and informative. She took time to explain the exercise and the muscles that were working. Julie is a caring trainer, she wants you to be successful in achieving your goals and feel confident about yourself. She is also a tough trainer! I walk away from most workouts exhausted, in a good way. I look forward to the next session with her. All I can say about Julie is that she is the best trainer. I have had other trainers and there is no comparison. She will push you. She will guide you to achieve your fitness goals. She will educate you along the way. But most importantly, she makes our sessions together fun. I am grateful to have found a trainer, and a friend, with Julie.
Finding Julie was a blessing! I have been on my fitness journey for eight years, and during that time, I have lost 195 lbs. However, I was stuck at the same weight for three years and worked out but saw minimal results. I was frustrated and was losing hope. I live in New Jersey and spend my summers at Clearwater Beach, FL. I came to work out a few times at Clearwater Beach Fitness, and I watched Julie training her clients, she was 100% invested in YOU, and her workouts looked challenging but doable. Also, everyone's training was different, and she tailored each workout for her clients! I decided to invest in her training, which was the best decision I have made for myself. When I talked to her, she was kind, genuine, and highly detailed in asking about my goals, habits, routine, and injuries, a true professional.
I always look forward to my summers with Julie and try to learn as much as possible from her. She is intelligent and full of knowledge in fitness and nutrition. When I return to New Jersey, I often travel for work, but Julie's meal plan and workouts keep me on track and give me the confidence to step into any gym. Also, receiving a few check-ins from her is always lovely and gives me that extra boost. Once you work with Julie, she is fully invested in you. I value her as a trainer and appreciate our friendship. Julie taught me this is a journey, have patience, and you will reach your goals. Today, I have lost 252 lbs. and I am still going. It is not a quick fix but a lifestyle, and she is there to remind me to keep going; anything is possible.
Julie is an awesome trainer! She takes her time to teach you the proper form and how to control the weights during the move so I feel the muscle working as I am exercising. I can’t believe how many different exercises I have learned and how much more confidence I have gained since working with her. I'm not as afraid to use the free-weights and now I really focus on my workouts instead of wandering around the gym wondering how and what I should do. She is also a great motivator and really focuses her time and effort into helping you reach your goals.
On top of being a very insightful and knowledgeable trainer, Julie is effortlessly personable and makes every workout session go by in a blink of an eye. She always pushes me further towards my goals and pushes me past my comfort level. What impresses me about Julie over other trainers I have tried, was her ability to know my muscle ability within the first session and know what weights to use and where to go from there. In working with Julie I have gained muscle and mental strength. I’ve trained with Julie for 3 months and now it’s time to go back home. I wish I could bring her back home with me to Wilmington, North Carolina.
Training one-on-one with Julie has reinvigorated my approach to the aging process, creating a new outlook to my body and my goals. I am finally really enjoying the process thanks to Julie. Her knowledge is outstanding, she pushes me to the max and has given me my confidence back. I wake up excited to go to the gym every morning because of Julie!
